Creamy Parmesan Dijon Skillet Chicken

  1. Brown both sides of the chicken breasts in oil, then remove to 350-degree oven to finish.
  2. Reheat the pan, deglaze with the wine, then add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Whisk in the half-and-half, Dijon, and 1/2 C cheese. Season to taste.
  3. Plate and sauce the chicken, garnish with the remaining cheese and the parsley, and serve hot.
