Creamy Parmesan Dijon Skillet Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 ea boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded flat
- 1/2 C dry white wine
- 4 cl garlic, minced
- 1 C half-and-half
- 1/4 C Dijon mustard
- 3/4 C Parmigiano, grated
- 2 t parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Brown both sides of the chicken breasts in oil, then remove to 350-degree oven to finish.
- Reheat the pan, deglaze with the wine, then add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Whisk in the half-and-half, Dijon, and 1/2 C cheese. Season to taste.
- Plate and sauce the chicken, garnish with the remaining cheese and the parsley, and serve hot.
